I need help finding my balance!!

I am running odyssea quad 48" co2 at 3bps and dose daily but I cant seem to get rid of hair algae growth whatever I do, Iv controlled other algaes a little but hair algae likes my tank... anyone help?? thanks

What size tank, what other ferts, how densely planted and similar questions...
