Temperature controller questions

I'm looking at getting a temperature controller for the heater in my tank. Was looking on ebay and found this Item number: 170964322198

I've seen a few people on here use these, and I'm wondering how much wiring is involved? Does it come with anything ready, will it plug into the wall or do I have to wire that too?

Any help appreciated.

Why not just get a Finnex temperature controller? You just plug your heater in and plug it into the outlet. Probe goes into the tank.

Yeah I'd definitely agree with the others, get yourself a nice quality controller like the finnex! Temperature isn't one of those things I'd want controlled by a cheap product, since there's a fairly narrow window for your temperature to be in before problems can happen.
