do i want ripples in the water or just movement below the serface
okay, i know for betta's it's no movement on the top of the water (make them want to jump =
so for tanks with just shrimp and lots of plants (no co2, 6 gallon) what should the top of the tank be doing? and how much flow? the betta is no longer in that tank. |

Some ripples on the surface of the water is fine; as long as it is not choppy.

Ripples are fine, and water movement doesnt make bettas want to jumop. My bettas in the ten gallon with plenty of water movement hardly jump and my betta in another jumped to his death with no water movement
