These pants? are fancy.
|
They're not Tibee
They're a serrata x cantonensis hybrid (true hybrid, 2 different species) I would call them f(gen) tt x cbs hybrid. I have some f3 tt x cbs hybrids myself |

I have the same TT x Red Tiger and TT x CBS....all of them look like Tibees. The ones from the red tiger are almost identical to TT except they have a red tinge to the body and 5 stripes down the back.
The tt x cbs are identical to my original BTOE x CRS Tibee babies....same spots/stripes, identical markings you wouldn't know the difference etc. |

those last 2 are almost identical to mine...the orange one with the 5 stripes is the same and the other one looks like a twin of my tibees....cool.

I had heard that the TT are the most aggressive breeder shrimps out there, and yes I seem to have a lot more orange small juvie shrimps in my tank that I didn't really notice until I added co2 yesterday....now they are all coming out and playing on the diffuser
I thought I only had 5 TT but it seems I have a lot more I also have a black/white F3 Tibee female berried too now, so more Tibee babies coming. |

Is it just me, or does the F1 tibee look better than the F2s?
