Hey everyone

Does anyone know who I can talk to regarding issues purchasing the guide?

I purchased it last week and apparently I was suppose to have it, or perhaps the link, emailed to me. I didn't receive anything other than the paypal invoice .

I originally used the 'contact us' form, but didn't receive a response. I then found a thread which suggested I PM forumadmin for assistance, but although I got an initial response saying it will get looked into by Monday, they haven't responded since.

Bit frustrated and out of pocket $20. My only recourse is appearing to be opening a case with Paypal and I don't really want to bring any headaches down on the folks running this community.

Seems like a simple problem with a simple solution. Just need someone to address it.
