light color question

So the plants prefer the blue in white light to grow or the red in grolux type light? Just for leaves to grow, no blooming.

ive been doing a bit of research and it seems that 6500k is a good spectrum , i heard blue spectrum can casue algae too. so red is the go.

So far it seems the 5000-6500 K range is best for vegetative growth.
