Well, as I said, if a fish can fit a shrimp in it's mouth, it'll eat it. German Blue Rams probably would cause any problems with Amanos, but I'd fully expect a full grown Apistogramma male to make a buffet out of a tank full of any kind of shrimp. Point is, depends on exactly what Dwarf Cichlid you're talking about.
