29 gallon planted- Correct lights?

29 gallon dimensions- 30 1/4 x 12 1/2 x 18 3/4
Light is 20" from bottom of tank shining through glass top.

I am using 24" Finnex ray 2 Hi output LED's 7k spectrum

AND

a 24" t8 reddish tint bulb (for color)

Heavily planted: java ferns, java moss, anacharis, FLOATERS: frogsbit, salvinia, and dwarf water lettuce.

I am getting green hair algae and blue/green algae. I have 1 amano, bristlenose pleco, going to add a colony of cherry shrimp (and more amano shrimp).

Are my lights good or are they too strong, will I constantly be fighting algae?
