What to put in a Fluval Spec?

Hey guys,
I am purchasing a Fluval Spec 2 gallon tank soon and I need suggestions for what to put in it.
My budget would be under $55 dollars: this would inlcude fish, substrate, plants, etc. I want a planted tank freshwater, with easy care plants that are low light. So if anyone could configure a setup for me in that budget, that would be great. Any beginner tips. Thanks

My advice is to avoid big plants with big leaves. to me they can look out of place and throw the dynamics of the nano tank off. if I had to do it all over I would have put micro fish in as well too. Good luck and have fun! This site is a terrific place for help.
