Need help finding a adapter
I need help finding a adapter for an American valve stem to a Korean one. I finally found a place to get Co2 from and their equipment can't fit the "1.125-12 UNF-2B" threads on my Co2 cylinder

The Japanese standard, and the standard for most parts of Asia (I would imagine including Korea) for CO2 is JIS B 8246.
I don't think an adapter exists, but you can try to see if you can source one.

After hours of searching and looking on Korean brewing forum I learned that there is no adapter. One would think some company would've made one by now but no.
