Algae ID and Combat Tactics

I've got this growing on most of my Anubuis leaves. I think it's BBA which is hard to deal with. My lights are listed in my sig and these plants get direct light. I have just started DIY CO2 (a whole new problem) and still have plenty of Excel. I didn't put a pic of the tank just the worst leaves I clipped, but I've let this get away from me a little bit so defeating it may take some work.

Should I give more of a tank shot? What kind of algae is this?

It's hard to see/tell while out of the water. Looks like BBA, BTW.

Is your tank about 16 inches high? If so, even if you have 3 inches of substrate, that light will be about 13 inches from the substrate and you should only have 30-35 micromols of PAR at the most. That isn't too much light, but anubias grow so slowly, with older leaves not growing at all, that it is hard to keep BBA from starting on those old leaves. Getting the CO2 working well should help, but having some other plants shading the anubias would help even more.

Ok they're not shaded at all so that makes sense. I'm starting a new tank after the new year so I may either move them to some shade or the move them to the new tank. I'm going back and forth on the new one, I was wanting high-tech but now I'm think a low-tech dirted. I'm going to see how Christmas goes and decide after that.

To answer your first question it is 16in. tall. I'm getting started with DIY CO2 for about a week now (I'm not very excited with the operation) and may go to pressurized in the future. I'm assuming you are saying this is mid/low lighting? Should I do Micro/Macro with this? I'll try to add the latest full tank shot later.
