Question Cloudy water overnight?

So I recently purchased a new piece of driftwood which I boiled for several hours to remove the tanins. Inevitably once I put it in my tank the water was still tinted a light amber color. It didn't bother me at all, looked nice and the neon tetras seem to like it. End of the week came and I did a 30% water change. This morning I awoke to very cloudy water. It is not like the driftwood tint but a murky white cloudiness. Any advice on what might be causing this?

My water parameters are as followed,

Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrites: 0ppm
Nitrates: 5ppm
PH: 7.6
High Range PH: 7.4
