2x canister filters > 1x CO2 reactor

I currently have two Rena Filstar XP3 filters on my 90 gallon tank. The outflow current is pretty strong from them (I use nozzles).

Originally, I was thinking about getting inline Atomizer diffuser only for one filter. But now, I'm thinking about a single Rex reactor and feed the outflow tubes from both filter into it as well as have two output tubes from the reactor to the nozzles. I also have 2x Hydor ETH inline heaters on the outflows.

Anybody tried this before? Any pros or cons?
