Heh, that was right after the first picture I took, where I had forgotten to turn off the flash. They were not very happy with the light!

I need to figure out how to get back in his good graces ... he hissed at me a lot today. I'm not sure if it's because I startled him, if he's in pain, or if he's actually pissed that I am gone for long periods of time. Or if he's still mad that I cleaned his ears again. Possibly I am reading into this too much.

He smiles if you give him lettuce.
