Just and odd question, after hatching bs and before feeding the tank with them, do you have to rinse out the salt water? if so what's the best way

Yes, buy a brine shrimp net from your lfs. Fill the receptacle with water, dump your bbs culture into the net, rinse with tap water, dip into receptacle, feed with turkey baster.
