HC DSM and air temp.

My wife likes to keep it cool in our house and the bedroom my tank is going to be in is the coldest. I have my tank ready to go with the scape I want but the air temp in the tank right now is 63 degrees. Is that to cold to even bother trying this right now? The rest of the house is just a slight bit warmer.

Thank for your time.

I think once you get lights going over it and cover the tank, the greenhouse effect takes place and the inside of the tank will be much warmer and moist than the exterior environment.

I did this with dhg though so ymmv.
