lighting for a 200L tank

Hi there

Looking to upgrade to a new tank from my 60L and found a nice 200L (about 52 us gallons) in my LFS that I might buy.

It has 2 x 39w T5 lights, not sure what bulbs are included with it, think they were 2 different K ratings but those could be changed.

My question is what kind of light output would this give me for plants?

Tank dimensions are 100cm x 40cm x 50cm.

Just wondering if it is worth buying this tank or find one with just the glass and buy a light unit for it.
