Online Source for Pre-cut Glass?

Hi DIY fellers/ladies,

I'm looking to put together a few ~12-16" nano cubes and have been looking for a source for the glass.

A local glass company quoted me at ~$15 per piece, making for $75 tanks... pricier than just purchasing one. I've sent out a few more feelers for quotes but was wondering if there was a go-to online source?

Do they *have* to be glass? If not, you can get some nice Lexan that won't warp from a few different sellers on eBay. Most of those sellers will do custom cuts for you.

If you want glass, I've had good luck with Glass Cages. You can google around for reviews on their tanks - they're not good - but the glass tops they make are pretty nice. I have several of the tops. With shipping, it would probably just be cheaper to buy at your local shops, though.

I haven't ordered from this site yet, but I recently emailed them about ordering glass for an 11" cube, and they quoted me at $5/piece + shipping.

It looks like you get 5 glass shelves for $8 according to the page. Never ordered from them though.

The link u sent will not work for an aquarium cut as it is tempered glass and can not be cut if you try to cut it, it will shatter almost instantly to small cubes

Lucky for me I have a local place I go to, to get my glass for cheap unless I am dreaming and can get it for cheaper but here is what I got

1x - 36"x18"x.25" thick
2x - 2 10 gallon full glass lid .25" thick also

Price for all was around 17-25$ wasn't sure but around that price

They have multiple sizes at the site I posted, I didn't look, but there may be the sizes the op needs. Then it's just a matter of silicone.
