Does anyone have sunset hygro, since it's illegal to ship over states lines, i have to buy it local

It is only illegal in the following states: AL, CA, FL, MA, NC, OR, SC, VT

is it legal for someone to come from one state to pickup the plant from another? especially we are in the colder climate states.

Illegal in the sense of what? growing them? or exporting them across states? possesing them?

Ive read a thread few weeks ago that you can ship this across the states where prohibited.
You just have to fill out form from USDA and signed it.

no one will know jk jk im not encouraging...someone shipped me some hygro polysperma over states once (he didnt know it was polysperma) i did cause i grew it like mad before he shipped it

I just got some Hygrophylia polysperma var. 'Rosanervig' last week, it's growing out, but I should have plenty to spare some clippings in 2-3 weeks.
