Default Cleaning camera?

I need help determining where dust is in my camera. I look through the viewfinder and see dust and fibers, but the mirror, focus screen, and sensor are all clean. When looking at the dust it appears to be on multiple levels layered on top one another. When shifting my eye across the viewfinder I can see other specks come into focus while the other fade. This is hard to describe though. I'm thinking that the dust in on another mirror in the camera that I can't see between the main one and a smaller one before the view finder. I also think that it could be in the viewfinder itself but I don't see how this is possible.
