I just stopped by the new store on Fresh Pond and Elliot ave. They said they've been open a week , delivery for freshwater fish are on Wednesday, Thursday and sometimes Sundays.
They have about 100 CPDs left for $3.99 each. Other than that , nothing exotic. There were like 3 different types of guppies (red ones were nice I think they had some endler gens) , few different type of mollys , platys , koi swordtails. Good looking african cichlids , some adult angel fish. Half the store is salt water tanks , which looked better stocked then freshwater. I told the guy there is a big market for nano fish(mentioned pygmy corries , chili rasboras) , we'll see what he does about that. Anyways if you are not from area I d give them few more weeks before visiting.

Pacific:
Nothing really new here. They had Tetraodon miurus puffers for $70 each. There's about 30 dwarf puffers left and they got in a shipment of freshwater eels. The chocolate gouramis looked nice but they need super soft, blackwater conditions. Other than that, I picked up 3 brown kuhlis (which the still have plenty of). Btw, I was talking to one of the guys who worked there. Some guy walked in last Wednesday and bought 50 of the CPDs. $20 for 3... so do the math. That's some baller status right there. Also, if you guys want to request something for their next shipment, let them know by Tuesday. Supposedly they are getting more CPDs and some Chili Rasboras (crossing fingers) next Sunday.

Saw a royal pleco at 14th st and I am in love.... talk about head with no body... but out of my budget at $35..was about 3.5 inches. Im glad I looked up em because they get too big for my tank. Was that the same one we saw in PetGoods?

The usually work something out with people that are repeat customers or buy in bulk. I got 10 CPDs for ~$48 last week, but I shop there almost every week.

there were a few "rice fish" left they are oryzias wowrorae for those who are interested for $5.

@ fistown last night.
emperor plecos for $23.99
- Cherry shrimp; whatever is left in the tank is certainly cherry grade with red spotted patterns and transparency. A few berried.
Fyi, The endlers there were all male.
- Marble fan shrimp are actually bamboo shrimp. Great price and younger than those commonly stocked at Petco.
Black tetras, had the color texture resembling emperor tetras but were different.
They have the color enhanced fluorescent yellow tiger barbs...
Not much else of besides their usual.

Considering the clown pleco but they all seemed a bit pale. Will wait a week to see how they do.
