I just turned around and look in to my tank and 10 of my cory pygmy are school together. OMG they are sooooooo cute!!! and my oto catfish think he is a cory too and swim with them XD

Just back from work tonight. Kiddies were picked up later than usual but only by a few minutes.

Thanks to all for making the effort to come out today. Hope everyone had a blast. Sorry for the change in plans in the end with time running short. Seems like everyone had gone home with something today. I will try to scout the three unseen lfs sometime in the future, maybe with monsterfish. I am considering a return to pickup the bullnose pleco. He was cool!

Kitty got me some snapple glass bottles for now. If you have something smaller that's easier to drip dose, all the better. Glass or plastic will do. Looking to experiment with fert mixing prior to our next meet. Thanks to Edward for sharing the fert samples, and chris for the foods.

Did anyone buy the ADA in Ridgewood? How much was it? Restarting my 10g
and I'd like to try a different substrate, there's eco complete in it now.

I only have 2 pygmy cories left I'd like to get some more if you guys didn't decimate

All these shops are probably getting them from the same source in the area so it shoudlnt be difficult to find more pygmies in the near future. We just couldn't have imagined how many we came across yesterday in the few lfs visited. A point worth mentioning, all the shops were willing to provide a lower price given the crowd that we were. The Ada soils had a $10 discount (matching the lower online price as on the adg site) as were some livestock discounted at Fishtown. Not sure if this would otherwise be possible if one were to go individually.

Our journey was serendipitously successful and the laughs were certainly there

Thanks to chris for the kensfish samples. Was too tired to notice how they liked it last night. Let us know how those clams turn out. Good restraint on the part of flo, kitty, eugene, ed and jake!

Btw, the blue shrimp from yesterday really colored up this morning. I had three babies in the bag, likely released in transit. Dunno if they'll survive but I fed bebi today and will see. The berried ones also seemed to retain the eggs so either they are further along into the pregnancy or the 3 hour drip acclimation just works.
