Melonatania praecox. = dwarf neon rainbowfish. Maybe a bit big for a 60p but awesome schoolers
And they'd take the cake for color
If one moves to another side of the tank, the others follow. But are less active midday. They come from swift streams and are powerful swimmers but will hide from the current for a good portion of the day to save energy.
Their mating habits are beautiful and feeding time is fun as well as they will frequently display their fins in excitement
