Green is good

My Dwarf Gourami has a wound I spotted a couple days ago, and after several hours of reading and looking at pictures of diseases I still have no idea what it is.
I did a 50% water change and replaced the filter cartridge, but water tests weren't that bad to begin with. I'm at 0 ammonia and nitrites, 10 nitrates right now. I also added some Stresscoat. I saw him scratch against the Lace Java Ferns and the side of the tank a couple times but otherwise he has been acting and eating normally. But today he's skittish, and has been hiding which he practically never does. He did eat though. Here's some pictures, they weren't easy to get and sorry if they are blurry. Anybody have any idea what it could be and what the proper treatment would be? Thanks much for any help!
