+1 for Firefox & Adblock. I really haven't noticed any new ads except on the front page where some text slides across the featured tank pics.

I don't get any ads. I usually only visit the site on my phone. I haven't seen any increase in the ads. And definitely not between the posts either.

The countless hours you spent providing hobbyists an outlet - a community - is appreciated, Kyle. You have a long track record of doing what you feel is right, for the betterment of the forum and it's members and is something you can be very proud of.

I don't think people realize how difficult it is to keep people happy, especially large groups. Every single person brings with them different life experiences, goals, friendships and ideals. This is as true for groups of five as it is for a group of 5000. You can't please everyone, but you tried and, more importantly, you cared.

Change is inevitable, as is the uncertainty it brings. Forum members feel this, as I'm sure you do as well. As you acclimate to your much-deserved vacation, members will do the same to the new ownership and changes they implement.

I'm glad to have "met" you, and enjoy you retirement. Farewell!
