Thats too bad about the escapie, but it looks like the tank is starting to fill in nicely. What type of fern are you using?

Thanks folks. And i'm not sure what type fern that one is. My wife picked it up while shopping one day. I have a large rabbit foot's fern that is going to get split between this and 2 other enclosures.

Those are nice, but be careful, they don't seem to do well emersed. Most of my old roots rotted off, I have a few new growths started, but the old growth all died back.

I think you may be thinking of that peacock fern they sell at petsmart in the culture tubes. These are full terrestrial ferns. You can see thr rabbit's foot fern in my weekend warrior build thread.

You could always set up a temp home for them at home for the summer. Or have a contest, the student that does the best at whatever gets to take them home for the summer?

Well, apparently, my houdini frog had a little brother. Another escaped, even after i redesigned the lid to be escape proof. I have a sneaky suspicion that my daughter and friends may have left the enclosure open after looking at them. But to err on the safe side, the lone ranger is living in a sweater box until i reconfigure his enclosure in a couple weeks. Gotta finish the 125 first.

LOL, I love when a conversation spreads over multiple threads. As I posted in the other thread, these guys like water, but not too much.

well, i got bored tonight, and i didn't feel like spending the night on my knees covering the background of the 125. so i decided to rescape my white's tank. i essentially covered the pond and planted a few extra plants in it. so here it is as it sits now. Prophet was not to happy to be put into a temp home, but he is currently checking out his new decor
