Ray 2 height-adjustable legs?

Just received 24" DS - I like it much much better then the DD model. Looks like this one is a keeper. The power cord is still too short. PLEASE add another 2-3'...

The light is now over a 60P that has some surface trailing plants. They do not seem to get much light. Are there any height-adjustable legs? I'm just looking to raise it off by ~2" to get more light spread on the surface.

Otherwise, this is my first LED and Finnex did it.

Kind of curious about the 7k vs 10k.. which is better for plants? I own a 7k/10k and a 7k/7k and the mix seems a bit brighter overall.

I also would love a way to adjust the height a bit. : )

I ended up making my own glass risers to raise it up.

I used pieces of bamboo to raise it myself, lol its funny how on most lights you complain that its not powerful enough, with finnex its the opposite !

For nanos its really hard to beat the finnex leds!

Love the creativity and craftsmanship of those legs!

ATM we're still looking forward to a hanging kit but production of such a kit has continuously been pushed back due to heater soon. I'll be sure to post once they're out!

It's not that it's too much light for me - my concern is that it's too close to the surface and floating plants do not get enough light 3-6" from the light. I'm still debating if that's the light for me. So many good things going for it though.

The fixture is so light that I might be able to use Coralifes 'legs' and just use some tape to attach the fixture on top of them.

For me, 7K/10K just did not work. The 7K/7K model is just about perfect for the plants and for the visual appearance.

In any case, Finnex did an outstanding job and every timeI'm looking for something, I check them out first.
