schooling fish

does anyone have a suggestion to a schooling fish that gets to an ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM of 1 inch. im looking for a cool looking schooling fish for my 60-p. colors aren't such a priority but it would be nice to have good colors too. im mainly looking for two things

1.)smallest size possible
2.) how well the fish school. this means no stragglers,no stranded fish, fish stick together, and absolutely no fighting!

You can try Espei rasboras, if you have a large enough school in your 60P, they'll fill up the tank end to end.

Espei's stick together well, but I really feel like all aquarium fish that shoal will eventually straggle or form a few different groups and be tight with them but apart from forming one large group. If they're scared, they'll shoal closely but if they're relaxed and how we want them to be, they'll venture off. At feeding time they'll also venture off and make sure they get fed themselves before forming their shoal.

So basically if you're doing things right, your shoals will never be 100% tight all the time and it's just something you'll have to get used to no matter the fish you get. Let nature take its course

Dwarf Cories
Celestial Pearl Danios

White cloud minnows school pretty well and are teeny.
