Default Manzanita question

I have a 90 gallon acrylic tank. I am considering purchasing a piece of manzanita driftwood for it. This is an older acrylic tank with two (relatively) small openings on top. I assume I am restricted to buying wood pieces that will fit into one of the two openings? Is manzanita flexible? ie. can the branches be scrunched together to fit into a smaller opening? Can a big piece be sawed into smaller pieces and super glued inside the tank? Any other ideas?

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
