Cut slices of cucumber, zucchini, or eggplant, freeze the slices. Thaw a piece under warm tap each night, leave it and yank it out in the morning--it'll be filled with scuds.

Shrimp are smart enough to jump off, scuds are not. Then just dispose of it, or RAOK it to the fish folk for feed.

Prob won't ever get rid of them completely, more about population control so they don't outcompete your shrimp babies.

Get a pair of 11" tweezers and squish them.

If you don't have any baby shrimp put in a small fish and let him take care of it!

I vouch by this. If you only have a few still (nothing hatched yet), this is probably the quickest way to remove them. Just make sure to check that you didn't suck up any baby shrimp when you're done. :P
