Changing my lights
Hi all
One quick question to the light gurus out there... I currently have an odyssea 2x39w T5HO with [censored][censored][censored][censored]ty reflectors and was planning on changing to a 1x54w T5HO striplight with reflector from Sunlight Supply. If i understood Hoppy correctly, that would give low-med light on a 20in high tank, and as it has more wattage it would have more intensity than 39w T5HO. Is that correct? |

More wattage just means the bulbs are longer - 4 feet vs 3 feet. How much light you would get depends on how good the ballast is and how good the reflectors are.
