planted rimless 10

Just re arranged some stuff and switched arround a few tanks and had enough left over to start a new one! i had a ten gallon i had de-rimmed a couple of months ago sitting in the garage so i decided to give that a try.
The substrate is a mixture of eco-subrate i think its called and black sand flourite. The lighting i am using is a aquaticlife 20" 36 watt t5 fixture with one 6000k and one pink roseate bulb. I am planning on running a DIY Co2 system along with dosing with flourish.

With these conditions, can anyone tell me about how long i should run my light for per today?

I wouldn't go past 10 hours. 8 would be a good place to start.

ive been getting it planted with some extras i had left over from a tank that i had let go a few months back and let everything grow wild. i never had that light on a timer, it was just kind of a turn it on when i think about it, but id like to do this tank right.
