Plant ID
Hi
i just bought a new plant but i cant ID it so any one to help ? it seems it has no roots but i dont know if it is going to grow and make some roots ![]() ![]() ![]() see it has no roots

I agree, it looks like Cryptocoryne ciliata. Take it out of the pot and white growing medium and plant it in your tank. Hopefully, it will grow roots and do okay.
This particular crypt requires more light than normal crypts so be sure to give it plenty of light. It also grows very tall, around 20". Don't be surprised if you don't see a lot of growth as I've read it only put out around 4-8 new leaves a year.

ty all for the inputs
i did Take it out of the pot and found some small thick roots about 1.5 CM , well it was 3 pcs i put 2 in my tank and put 1 in my emarsed setup to try it i hope my light is good for it . about around 4-8 new leaves a year that is too slow slower than anubias |
