Post RCS and CRS Newb!

Hi all. i've got a 5.5 gallon dirted tank. 6500k 15watt lighting. Gonna carpet it with some hairgrass and sagittaria subulata. Can i keep RCS/CRS in here with a successful breeding colony? Will the RCS and CRS cross breed and have infertile offspring? I was also thinking about some otocinclus (1 or 2) as it is near a window.
