Fine dust

I just redid a 5 gl tank and I used brightwell aqua soil. Now every time I put a plant in the substrate a fine layer of dust kicks up. Will this dust eventually go away or will it always be there? Is there anything I can do or do I just need to be patient. Btw it is the Rio escuro-F (3mm)

i find that all my substrate kicks up a dust when disturbed, your filter should pick it up after a few hours.

Especially powdered substrate will have a fine layer dust when disturbed, not much you can do about it apart from leaving it and letting it settle.
