10g Highly Planted Tank (hopefully)

Tank Specs:
Size: 10 gallon
Lighting: 2 CFL's totaling at 26 watts, about 2 inches above the tank.
Filtration: A cheap HOB filter
CO2: DIY CO2 system, using a Hagen Elite Mini Filter as the diffuser.
Substrate: Flourite only. Do I really need soil under it?
Dosing: Flourish every five days, and Flourish Excel daily to control a recent brown algae issue. I will probably cut back on it soon though.

Water Sprite
Wisteria - Really small sprout
Amazon Swords
Telanthera Cardinalis
And the plant next to the Amazon Swords I do not know the name of.. An ID would be great appreciated :]

The water looks a little dirty and yellow because I took these photos not long after planting. It's been a few days now though and it looks good.

Tell me what you think, any help is good.

Prepare for a lot of trimming cause hornwort and watersprite are really fast growers!

Are those CFLs like 6200-6700k range? I think that 1 of them would suffice for a 10 gallon tank, 2 will just cause algae.

No keep both lights I have the same setup in my tank and I have no algae problems. Tanks looks good. any plans on adding a foreground plant?

I want the trimmings for my larger 30 gallon so its all good!! The 30g isn't set up as well as the 10g for growing plants, but I'm sure hornwort and water sprite will do just fine. Anubias, anarchis, java fern, and flaming moss all do in there :]

No, they are lower than that. Each bulb is only 13 watts, so I think that equals out at about 2700k per bulb.

I was planning on it :] and yes i definitely want foreground plants, but it seems that I can only find really nice ones online.. I need to get more money in my debit account soon! Any suggestions on nice foreground plants, and more importantly, a carpeting plant? I figure I can do an emersed setup with a lamp and a tin tray (misting with water and Excel, covered with saran wrap),because most carpeting plants need to be started emersed, right? I can't seem to find any that will grow and spread from an immersed start.

I added some flaming moss from my other tank. Tied this stuff to a lava rock though where as in my other tank it is on a piece of Malaysian driftwood.

The Telantera Cardinalis is taking off since I added the other plants. Right now the tops of the leaves aren't very pink, but the bottoms are.
