I signed the petition yesterday. Also, I made this video to try and rally some support.

If y'all think it's appropriate I think it'd be cool if we posted videos of our 'Monster fish' and attached them as a video response and then post the video on the Monster FB/Twitter pages or email them.

Through social networking and the power of bad PR, Monster got an earful and eventually were overruled in court. According to some articles I've read, a big contributing factor was the support of social media and especially their youtube videos.

I got the email because I am on monster fish keeper. I love that forum so many awesome people on that forum with so much knowledge. Even the hardest questions get good answers on there.

I sent a little comment to monster. Stupid greedy faceless corporation picking on kittle guys just because they can.

Could MFK just change the logo?

No, they are going after the logo and the word monsterfishkeeper. Tey are goign after our class 25 trademakr, which is for merchandising. If they win this one, they could go after our class 38, which is for telecommunications.

In the Monster Fish case, it's not even a Trade Dress issue, so it's even more of a jerk move by Monster.
