How to save your old Private Messages (PM)
Toward the bottom of your Private Messages page, you'll find something like below.
You'll have 3 format options; xml, csv, text. XML is for easy import for certain applications. You will download sent items AND PMs in your inbox. Once you downloaded your PMs, you can then go ahead and delete to make your room in your inbox and sent items.

Too late, I was maxed out at 100% full and did not save the messages.
Went from PS down to regular user. So any and everyone that PM me got deleted. Should have, could have, did not.

You (as far as I understand) can still export even if you are past your limit Tom.

yeah, the PMs should still be on the database. The limit is only a system rule.

![]() There where too many to do individually, so I just did the entire sent and inbox. Would have taken forever, 7,500 messages etc.........50 at a time etc. Thanks though.
