I live in clearwater -- I myself am even guilty of the saltwater as I am just now getting into planted fresh.

The thing around Tampa Bay is most people dont seem to know jack about planted freshwater. Most of my friends like saltwater because its "expensive" and shows your bank account size, along with saltwater coral tanks are wonderful.

Most of my saltwater friends see my tank and are amazed that a freshwater tank can be so nice to look at.

I'm in Clearwater too.
I started out doing plants tank but now just focus on breeding shrimps.
