how to build a dual T8 light fixure
I'm trying to provide medium light for my tank because i have low light please help!!!!!!!!

ummmm, what length are you thinking? Because you can get ready made 4' long garage / shop lights fairly inexpensively.

I would go for a DIY CFL fixture instead of T5's or T8. They are easy to do, cheaper than doing a T8 setup and bulbs are way cheaper as well. I have 3x13w CFL bulbs over my 20gal, and plant growth has exploded compared to what it was before.

I also depends on the depth of the tank, whether 2 x t-8's would be medium light or not:

Home Depot now has 48 inch long, 2 bulb T5HO strip lights (no reflectors), and might also have it in a 24 inch length. That would be perfect for many DIY lights.
