Flat Worms and Hydra How can I get rid of them?

I have quite a bit of flat worms and hydra in my old quarantine tank, which now houses Pumpkin and Golden Bee shrimp. What would be a good way to get rid of these varmits?

Panacur. It is a dog dewormer.

It comes in liquid and powder form. I got mine from my vet in liquid form.
.5 Ml per 20 gal.

It took care of all my planaria within 24 hrs. Shrimp were uneffected. If you google Panacur and planaria a bunch of article swill come up

Thanks for answering, thats what I was thinking and have heard its safe with shrimp. But wasnt sure how safe it was for shrimp and didnt want to jeopardize them since they are not cheap and some of my favs!

Still curious if there is any other methods?

You could add some fish that would eat them. Google fish that eat planaria. But that is more dangerous to your shrimp then panacur. You can also stop feeding for a bit or cut way back on feeding and I have heard they will eventually go away but I don't know how long that takes. It probably depends on how much extra food you have hanging around

Yeah, I tried cutting down on feeding but now any time I throw food in there they jump on it before my shrimp can.
