Bag for Bio Rio?

Has anyone used a filter bag for their Bio Rio or do you just chuck it in the filter with a coarse pad under it? I'm not exactly sure what sized bag to use since I don't want something that's going to render the product less effective but I know the stuff that comes with the ADA super jets are pre bagged but I don't know what micron size the bags are. Any suggestions?
