Light and Co2 ???
Under a T5 Dual HE fixture would I need both CO2 pump and additives like flourish or Flourish Excel, or one, or none? I recently attached all my java fern to a piece if driftwood and Want them to attach healthily.

I'm not a lighting expert but to help you people will probably want to know your tank size, how far the light is from your substrate, and what type of light you have. All fixtures are not equal.

You very likely have high light, so you will need CO2 and fertilizer dosing per http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=21944 unless you put a layer of Home Depot fiberglass window screen ( insect screen ) between the light and the tank. The screen acts as a filter to reduce the light intensity by about 40%.
