Looking For A Constrast Plant
I'm planning a fluval spec setup right now, and want a single contrast plant in the middle. I'm going with peacock moss on the objects, and want something red to contrast all of the green. However, since this is a spec, I dont have any good ideas for a red colored plant that wouldn't outgrow the tank every few days :| Something like a red tiger lotus would be perferct, or even red watermilfoil. Ideas?

What about carefully trimmed Ludwigia 'Red'? Stem width is a lot smaller than Myrio and it stays red really well.
Or one of the smaller crypts? My C. wendtii isn't very red but the leaves have a lot of detail and are very interesting even though they are brown/bronze on top and purple underneath. You don't want my crypt, it is at 18" at the moment, but others stay smaller. Do research and buy carefully though. My crypt was a nice 8" spreading bush for years but recently has decided to go for it.
