Default I'm sure this has been covered before

I just received a used quad T5HO 48" lamp. It was used for a salt water setup previous to me. I will need to replace the bulbs. It has 2 external switches. What would be the best way to use them for a 55 gall, low tech setup? I do not wish to have pressurized CO2 but might do with DIY, as I am trying that out now on a smaller set up. It will start out being light to moderately planted. I only intended to run one set of lights, would this be possible? Or should I leave the Actinics in there and change the outer bulbs to something 6500k or higher? The bulb set up alternates as it sits right now...10k,actinic,10k,actinic moon light LEDS in the middle area

Any words of wisdom?
