Close to 40 gal aquarium. No fish yet. freshly planted today.

Looks good! You might need to trim your hydrocotyle soon.

I personally like black bg's.

On the drift wood ive attached Java Moss. Its still waiting to take off properly. On the top of each piece of wood theres also small pieces of Java Fern.

Default Added a floating Dome !!
I added a floating Dome... Moss + water lilies.. The fish love it.. especially the betta.. I think he is recalling the rice fields of Thailand hehe..
Oh and I trimmed the grass.

I think the lighting looks really nice. I usually dont like blue backgrounds but you pulled this one off very well.
