Sure you need to make modifications to it when it comes to your lighting and C02 supply, but it is a good start to give you an idea of how dosing should be spread out.

I followed this chart for about year. Not only is it expensive (depends on tank size) but it becomes a very tedious task imo. Its time consuming to dose pretty much everyday. I wish I had known about dry fertz before I bought seachem's whole line. When they run out, I am going with dry fertz. They are cheaper and last alot longer.
