Java Fern Plantlets??

i have had my java fern for bout a year, and in the last week in have found this growing from the centre of the fern.
is this the plantlets? i cant find any info of them growing like this?
there are 4 little balls growing around each bit about 4inches apart.
the first photo has just opened up today.

thats not a java fern thats a sword plant, looks like an amazon sword to me. but that is the stalk that grows from the plant that produces plantlets, and also flowers, let it keep growing and you will have baby plants that you can pick off and replant.
