Royal Aqua on 65st has Congo tetras for 4.50. They are getting blue rams in tomorrow.

they also have really nice looking discus and a tank full of rose lines.

Blue eyed forktails at union square for around $8+... few females, at least 1 male left.
They got in pygmy cories last wed but alas, all sold out.

edit: The male I got has a kinked spine........... :\ I just picked the biggest one I saw and it was hard to see if anything was wrong but it is pretty obviously in my tank. Not sure if that is really bad.

WIN has Micro Dot Rasboras ($2 ea) , Galaxy Rasboras, Lots of baby Endlers and guppies.

His Sakura(ish) tank is starting to get thinned out and look like a CRS tank.
Has a few adult CRS left $10ea

Not much stock in plants though.

I netted my own shrimp at WIN today. That was fun.
