Please help me with dosing.

I have a 30 gal heavily planted tank. I've been using Flourish Excel and Flourish, but growth now seems to be stunted and the plants aren't looking as healthy. I have T5HO 2x39W, pressurized CO2 1.5bps. I now have Flourish Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium to dose macronutrients. I have read a little bit about EI dosing, but I don't know how much of each to add and how often for my tank. I've been dosing 1 capfull Excel every day and 1cc Flourish every other day.
